The young ladies on the reception desk were helpful. The location was wonderful for the principal sights of Seville.
There were exactly 60 stairs up to our room, Room 30. The room had no wardrobe for hanging clothes and little space around the 2 divan beds. The water supply to the shower and sink failed for 3 hours on Sunday evening 15 May. Tamara, the receptionist, booked our taxi for 7.45 on Monday, 16 May; the taxi meter read 14.80 euros at Seville Airport but the taxi driver changed this to 34.80 euros when we were not looking. We do not speak Spanish and so we paid him but we are very angry about this as he was known to the receptionist, Tamara. Please can you research this for us. Thank you.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and bright.
We had phoned in advance to request a room with a balcony which wasn't available when we arrived. However, staff did change our room the following night when a room became available.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, although they didn't all speak English (the girls did, the gentleman didn't)
The air con didn't work, and it was VERY hot when we were there. The bathroom was tiny, but the shower was a good size. You just couldn't open the door to the bathroom properly. Also, we couldn't get the TV to work, but we were only there for a few days, so we didn't worry about it too much.

The welcome at the hotel was warm and helpful. The room was quite small but clean and tidy and when we got the remote controls for the tv and airconditioning they both worked satisfactorily.
We were not told we needed to ask for and pay a deposit for the remote controls and being on the third floor with no lift meant an extra four trips up and down to collect them. Not a real problem but at the end of a hard days sightseeing and in 30+ degrees I could have done without it.

Lots of hot water. Good location.
Well - is is a Hostal not a hotel - but we knew that! Stayed in Room 4 - one to avoid. Very small room, even smaller bathroom. Only window onto internal hallwall. Next to reception and close to entrance door so lots of noise when people came in and out. Staying during Festa not unexpected that the 'disturbances' started at 03.00 and finished around 06.00. Very expensive but then all Seville was in the week we stayed. Maybe other rooms would be better but we had little choice as Seville was so busy. Not sure room matched the picture painted in the web information. But no so bad we left - and after 3 days sort of got used to it! Woiuld stay in a hotel next time!

The location was ideal, close to some of the major sites of Seville. The room was clean and the staff were pleasant.
The rooms were small but we knew this beforehand.

Very close to the centre of the ancient town, a stone´s throw from the Alcazar and round the corner from the cathedral. Very close to many good restaurants and bars.
The bathroom was very narrow, sitting on the loo was a bit awkward, I am 5ft 9 and my knees were touching the wall when I sat down, you can imagine how my 6ft 2 husband managed.

This hotel has a fabulous location but that's about all it has. The room they proposed had no window. This despite the fact that I had twice requested a room with balcony (which Booked.net duly passed on) and they completely ignored. Apparently these rooms are for 3 persons. How can a hotel offer an airless room to clients - which stinks of air- freshener? It is beyond belief. After complaining we got another room with an inner window that gave on the patio so at least we had a minimum of oxygen. The room was small and poky and the bathroom was so tiny we had to sit on the toilet sideways and climb over it to get to the shower. The noise level was high - I wore earplugs every night.

The location was excellent
We arrived at 9:00 pm and received a tiny room with shower and were told that all the other rooms were "similar". One had to climb over the toilett to reach the shower. After that night I requested a larger room or we would have moved even though we had prepaid. We were then given a nice room with balcony from a much friendlier person.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location in the center of seville. only meters away from the most imortant sights.
The hotel is very noisy. Street noise and noise from the hotel and reception (loud television) are really loud in the rooms. The rooms with double beds turned out to be rooms with twin beds.

The location was good; however, the parking was bad.
air conditioner leaked and ruined my leather purse and passports. could not sleep due to noise from air conditioner and constant leaking. I hid my purse under the bed and when we returned the floor was soaked.
